Description
Contract Administrator is needed for a Fortune 500 company in the heart of Los Angeles. This key position will assist the contracts manager with contract review, the contract negotiation process and processing of Commercial Contracts. If you have prior experience reviewing contracts, assessing risk and proposing modifications intended to strengthen contractual protections, as well as excellent organizational skills, this could be the position for you. The candidate will also showcase their expertise in drafting and revising legal documents, due diligence, title & survey review, and closing coordination.
Requirements
1+ years of Corporate Contracts Administrator experience in the Real Estate industry
