Insight Global Director of Product Design in Los Angeles, California
Job Description
One of our gaming startup clients is seeking a Director of Product Design to play a major role in the conceptualization and end-to-end design of a mobile activity tracking platform. Key contributions involve strategic design leadership, innovative solution implementation, user-centric design philosophy, design process optimization, and brand development. Reporting into the VP of Product, you will lead a team of designers and work closely with QA, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver design solutions across mobile and web platforms.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
8+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of leading design in tech-focused enterprises, particularly in mobile platforms and gamified systems (1 million users+)
Expertise in Figma or other relevant design tool
Leadership experience managing design teams
Strong passion and in-depth knowledge of gaming (trends, game mechanics, etc.)
Startup experience Plusses:
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or React JS
Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive design systems null
