Robert Half Legal has partnered with a boutique plaintiff firm that is on the hunt for a contract-to-hire legal secretary/assistant. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing team where you can grow!
Duties/Requirements:
Format shells, motions and other legal documents
Revise and proofread pleadings & letters
Manage litigation calendar
E-file (State and Federal)
Transcription & word processing
Proficient in: Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint
Nice to have discovery experience
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Civil Litigation Experience is required
Up to 90K upon hire
