Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry. The role is based in Los Angeles, California, and will involve extensive use of Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, Sage Intacct, and healthcare analytics tools. This role requires a detailed understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Downloading patient revenue data and cleaning it using Excel for management reporting purposes.

• Compiling various financial reports to aid in decision-making processes.

• Translating financial reports into PowerPoint presentations for senior management meetings.

• Collaborating closely with the accounting manager to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Utilizing Sage Intacct for g/l data management and analysis.

• Applying analytical skills to evaluate healthcare revenue cycles and offer recommendations for improvements.

• Ensuring all financial data and reports are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Communicating financial insights to non-financial staff and senior management.

• Identifying trends and making projections based on healthcare analytics. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.

• Prior experience with Sage Intacct software is necessary.

• Candidates must have a strong understanding of HealthCare Analytics.

• Knowledge and experience in HealthCare Revenue Cycle management is essential.

• A background in the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

• Candidates must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.

• Experience in a senior financial analyst role in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis is essential.

• Proficiency in financial software is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make decisions based on detailed financial data is required.

• Must have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
