WSP USA Sr. Program Analyst, Zero Emissions in Los Angeles, California
This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Full-Time Sr. Program Analyst for Zero-Emissions Planning, Design, and Implementation projects for our Los Angeles office.
As part of our National Transit and Rail Fleet and Facilities Team, provide technical support through various stages of project and program management. Responsibilities include contract administration, financial analysis, and project coordination as a program analyst on major projects and programs; preparation and review of invoicing to the client, coordination with subconsultants and internal key stakeholders, process sub invoices, contract support with the client and subconsultants, financial analysis, and client relationship management. You will work within and with WSP’s Transit and Rail Fleet and Facilities team to deliver project solutions to our public and private clients, and help expand and diversify our portfolio and client base.
Your Impact
Financial, contract, and staff planning for zero-emission bus planning, design, and implementation projects
Ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis within WSP’s ERP system
Invoicing and coordination with client, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders
File management for contract, subcontracts, and financial documents in compliance with company ISO and client audit standards
Knowledge of client specific contractual terms and flow-down to subconsultant terms and conditions
Assist with client contract cost proposals on current and future contracts
Provide internal support during client contract procurement and contract set-up at contract award
Attend meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
Perform additional responsibilities as required by business and local team needs
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, infrastructure planning, engineering or architecture, or closely related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in either public and/or private sector administering contracts for infrastructure projects
Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated effectiveness at creating effective financial analysis spreadsheets and staffing plans
Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively, persuasively, and tactfully interact with clients, project managers, and employees at all levels of the organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP software, and other applicable tools to deliver the job functions as described in the Job Description
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct and ability to adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate in project management
Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP software
Experience developing progress reports, loaded excel spreadsheets, and presentations, as well as presenting to public stakeholders
