Schedules: Monday-Friday / Shift to be determined
Pay Rate: The wage for this position is between $15 and $17. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Previous call center experience in a healthcare or Pharmacy call center setting
Previous healthcare or pharmacy benefits experience
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
Provide accurate information to the caller.
Process medication refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
Resolve the callers’ needs.
Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

High school graduate or equivalent
Previous call center experience preferred
Previous healthcare experience desired
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
