Humana, Inc seeks a Director, Cloud Solutions Engineering in Louisville, KY.Duties: Implement organization's cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance, and support of cloud architecture. Work with stakeholdersacross organization to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud basedproducts/services, applications, and solutions. Drive the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluate its performance, and implement enhancements. Make decisions related to theimplementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implement strategic plans, drive goalsand objectives, and improve performance. Provide input into functions strategy. 100% Telecommuting permitted within the U.S.This position supervises 12 employees with the following job titles:• Lead Cloud Architect (1)• Lead Technology Leader (1)• Lead Business Systems Analyst (1)• Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer (2)• Senior IT Project Manager (1)• Manager, Technology Solutions (3)• Associate Director, Technology Solutions (1)• Lead Applications Architect (1)• Lead Scrum Master (1)This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus 10 years of experience as a Director Technology Solutions, Technology Manager, Technology Leader, Project Lead, or related role. Additionally, this position requires 10 years of technical experience in system and software engineering.This position requires 8 years of technical experience in leading development of large-scale enterprise software systems including strategic planning, resource planning, operations management, and budgeting.This position requires 5 years of experience in Agile Development Methodologies.This position requires 3 years of experience in each of the following:• leading an Agile software engineering organization enabling rapid development and delivery of next-generation digital products;• SDLC, Cloud migration such as MS Azure and DevOps; and• Software Engineering leadership.This position requires 2 years of experience in organization capabilities and how they interrelate across the function or segment.Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.Applicants who are interested in this position may apply https://www.jobpostingtoday.com/ Ref #45879.
