Kill Floor Specialist
Murray's Butcher Block is livestock processing facility located in Lowry City, Missouri. We are currently accepting applications for a Kill Floor Specialist for our operation with the potential to also cut meat and package.

What you will need:
- Knife experience or the ability and willingness to learn the methods and requirements of cutting
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be willing to work in a cold and damp work environment
- Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English is essential
- Punctual with the desire to work early mornings.
- An Agricultural background with experience working with livestock is a strong asset
- Knowledgeable with primal, sub-primal, and retail cuts beef trim and ground is an asset
- The ability to stand for long periods of time on concrete floors is essential to success in this work environment
