Responsibilities

  • Verificar e testar amostras de um produto;

  • Inspecionar produtos comprados por sua empresa de fornecedores e manter registros do desempenho dos fornecedores;

  • Realizar atividades de inspeção de todos os componentes e montagens no WFT-ADM;

  • Inspeção dimensional e visual em processo, em conjunto com desenhos controlados e especificações aplicáveis;

  • Inspeção final de todos os trabalhos realizados na instalação e 100% de inspeção dos componentes acabados;

  • Realizar ou supervisionar Testes de Pressão das peças montadas para garantir que todos os critérios de aceitação foram atendidos;

  • Realizar tarefas com o mais alto nível de qualidade;

  • Responsável por inspecionar produtos usando ferramentas e técnicas de inspeção estabelecidas.

Qualifications

  • Curso Técnico completo;

  • A partir de 3 anos de experiência na indústria de O&G;

  • Conhecer ISO 9001;

  • Conhecer licença API Q1 e API 7-1;

  • Conhecer licença VAM e NOV Grant Prideco (desejável);

  • Conhecer de instrumento de medição.
