Lehigh Commons Personal Care Assistant-PCA in MACUNGIE, Pennsylvania
The Personal Care Assistant provides assistance to residents as required with basic activities of daily living to support an independent lifestyle within the Community.
Performs daily care, bathing, dressing and transports to dining room. Light housekeeping, makes beds, delivers linen.
Informs supervisor of changes in residents conditions and needs. Documents these observations thoroughly and communicates any changes to other staff. Answers emergency call bells and responds appropriately.
Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday. We do have a weekend incentive program. Shifts vary- 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am.
Pay rate is $15.50 to $18.00. Shift differential for hours worked between 3pm and 7am. Full time and Part time openings.
