NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF BAR EXAMINER Administrative Assistant in MADISON, Wisconsin

The Administrative Assistant supports the Manager of Administration and leaders within the Testing Division by handling a range of administrative duties focused on organization and communication. This role involves managing confidential and time-sensitive information and tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: NTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides administrative support to the Manager of Administration. Completes projects, special assignments, and other duties as needed. Produces and distributes bar passage reports. Reviews check registers and electronic funds transfers. Provides backup administrative support to the Manager of Administration and the Executive Assistant. Provides administrative support to Testing Division leadership. Approves time off requests and/or timecards for leaders and/or departments as requested. Organizes and schedules meetings and conference calls. Attends meetings as appropriate and is responsible for preparing meeting materials, agendas, meeting minutes, and committee reports as needed. Makes travel/lodging/transportation arrangements as needed. Submits and reconciles expense reports. Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other materials. Processes compensatory time requests and approvals under the direction of Human Resources. Serves as an administrative resource for leaders across the organization as time permits. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associate degree required. At least 3 years of experience assisting with administrative tasks.
