VF Corporation Business Analyst in Madison, Wisconsin

As a Business Analyst, you will support Business Intelligence system reporting needs for all North America VF Brands. You will work collaboratively with Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Inventory, Master Data, and Direct to Consumer teams to support business requirement definition and support users in systems usage. This position carries a high degree of accountability for ensuring strategies are executed through reliable processes.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Act as a liaison between the Business and Digital Technology on system issues and resolution. Provide end user reporting systems support by answering questions, troubleshooting solutions, and providing training as needed, which includes the creation/maintaining of all training documents/reference guides.

  • Prioritize, track, and test all system issues from inception to completion in multiple reporting tools.

  • Responsible for project requirements gathering, system design, project coordination, and facilitating user acceptance testing; this includes functioning as a business process owner, super user, subject matter expert, tester, and/or trainer during system enhancement projects.

  • Approve and provision all reporting systems access, including auditing and cleanup. Monitor reporting environment through data governance.

  • Provide communication to brands on system issues, changes and upgrades.

  • Assist brands in process design and solutions to support goals.

  • Monitor support ticket trends, provide ticket analytics to brands, resolve root cause and support brands in ticket escalation.

  • Serve as the go to person for support; this includes providing support that deters ticket creation, where possible.

  • Liaise business requirements from different sources, producing integrated views.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: One year of relevant experience

Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Advanced reporting systems knowledge preferred, including experience with SAP, Business Objects and Tableau

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to analyze large quantities of data

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Hiring Range :

$58,400.00 USD - $73,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
