Robert Half is working with a well-respected manufacturing company to find a Customer Service Lead to join their team. The Customer Service Lead serves customers by providing product information, order status, shipping and service information. In addition, the Customer Service Lead should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. This position will have a direct report and is responsible to manage the daily productivity of the staff.
Requirements
High School Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3-5 years of related customer service experience
Experience working in Customer Service for a manufacturing company is required.
Able to write and process customer work orders.
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Extremely detail-oriented, excellent written communication skills
Able to handle fast-paced environment and deadline pressures
Supervisory experience
