JOB REQUIREMENTS: Phlebotomist Clinical Labs - 32257 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 60% FTE, day shift. This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week, 4:30AM - 9:00AM. Every third weekend required. Holiday and on-call rotations required. You may be eligible for up to a \$1,500 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Phlebotomist to: * Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages. * Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling. * Complete specimen receiving and specimen processing. * Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system. Preferred - Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation. Work Experience : Minimum - No related work experience required.
