JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Department of Radiology\'s University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee and manage leadership initiative projects for the Department. This position will work closely with the Department Chair, Vice Chairs and other internal stakeholders to define the scope, set objectives, create a process, manage expectation, and develop a detailed project plan. The position will also create and manage an accurate timeline of project completion, adjust priorities, and communicate obstacles to Departmental Leadership. The Project Coordinator is expected to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the project plan and use tracked data to identify shortcomings and/or ways to improvement future projects. Responsibilities: Plans, analyzes, manages, coordinates, and tracks projects and quality improvement efforts for processes, procedures, and systems.
