JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Provide technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and support of SAP large size solutions in a complex technical environment involving multiple technologies, systems and integration between them. Design and develop solutions to meet business and/or technical requirements in the SAP areas such as MM, SD, FI, CO, QM, APO, SAP Netweaver Gateway. Provide technical leadership in all phases of the project and development life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support/maintenance. Expert working knowledge and problem-solving skills related to SAP R/3, ABAP or interface technologies and all other used application tools. Lead creation and enforcement of development standards and best practices to deliver stable, reliable, high-performing, accurate, user-friendly, low-maintenance solutions that are highly available and scalable. Lead development of technical designs and architectures for development projects. Define project tasks and coordinate completion to ensure estimates are available and accurate. Create procedures to research and debug potential performance or other system anomalies for IT team members. Develop and maintain infrastructure to support technical documentation including unit, integration, and acceptance test plans, support documentation, end user documentation for delivered solutions. Communicate status of projects and initiatives to middle and senior level management. Mentor technical and analytical staff. Manage multiple projects/reporting solutions for multiple business areas and review/resolve resource constraints or environmental change. Position is fixed location based in Madison office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. Job Requirements: Requires a bachelor\'s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, or a directly related field plus six (6) years of experience as a Senior Consultant, Programmer Analyst, System Analyst, or related occupation in the information technology domain. Experience must include: Six [6] years of the following (experience may be gained concurrently): - SAP implementation and programming experience in a team environment Five (5) years of the following (experience may be gained concurrently): - SAP ECC, APO, PI or SAPUI5 solutions 40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm.
