JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The successful candidate will engage in the intellectual life of the department through the teaching of undergraduate and graduate level courses, with a general teaching load of 2/2. Mentoring of undergraduate and graduate students is expected. Professional and university service is required as appropriate for the career stage. Ph.D. in one of these areas preferred. Ph.D. in East Asian Studies or related field with a specialization in Korean literature and culture is preferred, but not required.
