As a Product Leader, you will join the Digital Banking Product team and will play a critical role in driving the development and management of one of our digital banking products. Working closely with other product owners, as well as cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for developing product strategy and managing product offerings. Your contributions will be essential in driving the continued growth and success of our payment products.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for definition and implementation of the end-to-end Product Strategy, including defining our value proposition, features, functionality, pricing, and distribution across all channels.

  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of the feature set and roadmap.

  • Definition and implementation of a successful pricing strategy.

  • Responsibility for conducting comprehensive market research and gathering valuable customer insights that will be used to inform our product development and strategy.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings and new product innovations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that product features and benefits align with customer needs.

  • Lead the product launch activities, including communication with stakeholders, market positioning and pricing analysis.

  • Provide ongoing product performance analysis and market recommendations for improvement.

Role Requirements

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in leading digital banking product for a financial institution or fintech in Europe, although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful product strategies (preferably in payments, remittances, wallets, accounts, wealth management, insurance), including defining value propositions, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience in monitoring and optimizing product performance.

  • Experience in leading product launch activities, including communication with stakeholders and market positioning.

  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering product performance analysis and market recommendations for improvement.

  • Knowledge of agile product development methodologies would be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
