For our Drives Division in Alcobendas, Spain, we are looking for a new Junior Sales Engineer who will energetically contribute to business development with Clients and Prospects, focusing on the Central and Southern Iberia region.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Support our clients and work closely to understand their technical requirements.

  • Provide pre-sales support to our customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations.

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Background & Skills

  • Educational background in Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering or equivalent.

  • Knowledge related to electric drives and motors. Familiarity with topics such as communication networks, integrated security, and motion control.

  • Experience in effective commercial communication, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.

  • Available for nationwide travel.

  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish and English language (written and spoken).
