What you will do
As India Consumer Health Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence lead, the person as part of India Operations Leadership team, would be responsible to devise and deploy end to end supply chain strategy to help us improve our performance across product/ process compliance, customer service, cost competitiveness and drive the agenda of supply chain digital transformation. The job requires the person to work closely with other functional leads of Plan, Make, Source, Technical and Commercial team to help deliver a comprehensive product supply strategy to support our business growth plans and serving the needs of emerging channels, patients and consumers through agile and profitable end to end supply chain.
Key Stakeholders:
India Operations Leadership Team, Commercial/ CD team, AP Supply Chain LT, India Management board
Key Responsibilities
Devise and deploy India Operations Strategic Priorities (OKRs)
Lead SC Digitization agenda in collaboration with other functions
Devise SC models to meet the needs of emerging customers and channels like e-comm/ eB2B
Coordinate delivery of E2E Gross Profit Improvement programs for India
Develop and help in driving execution of 3 year operating plan/ Business planning process
The Customer Centric SC SME building external customer relationships vis Collaborative Programs to reduce mutual Cost to Serve.
Facilitate/ Execute Key Supply Chain and Commercial collaboration initiatives to drive NTS growth and help in improving customer service
Lead the governance of key product life cycle and external compliance projects.
Overall governance of India NPD / Portfolio management and support NPD/I PMO’s in driving key NPI’s for flawless execution.
Partner with Customer Development on exception based E2E Business Planning opportunities to reduce complexity, optimize E2E inventory and drive customer experience
SC Performance management / Reporting and Analytics
Lead Commercial and SC engagement on long range business planning processes like LRFP
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Education: Engineering graduate with Post Graduation in Operations management
Experience: 15 Years of cross functional Supply Chain experience in Consumer & Pharmaceutical Industry with good hands-on experience in plan/ make operational role, Strategy development and deployment, Digital Supply Chain, SC transformation projects, Program Management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Rounded experience of end to end supply chain is critical to perform this role and having 1-2 cross functional experience specifically in Make or Source, transformational projects will be added advantage

Strategic thinking along with evidence of strong people management of a high performing team
Experience in leading sustainable and quantifiable change/ improvement programs
