What you'll do...

  • Target, contact, and present the Ford Pro Commercial Service Center business case Dealers

  • Use commercial performance data to identify and confirm appropriate candidate targets

  • Understand and re-enforce the importance of the Ford Pro Program benefits and standards

  • Detail oriented – monitor, track, and handle multiple Ford Pro prospects

  • Collaborate with regional teams i.e., Regional Managers, Network Development, Commercial Business Managers

  • Collaborate with Facility Launch team to support facility design through facility completion

  • Work with Market Rep team to support the candidate and facility approval processes

  • Work with Ford Credit regarding incentives and programs that will support Dealer projects

  • Work with the Mobile Service Field personnel to maintain Ford Pro project alignment

  • Use best practice Commercial Service Center takeaways to inform your sales approach

  • Leverage a centralized reporting system to maintain dealer contact updates

  • Identify and report out on in-market commercial competitors

  • Maintain acute awareness regarding the impact of program details on the commercial customer experience

  • Identify and call out disconnects that emerge between the program and dealer engagement, participation, or interest

  • Routinely share best practices with the Ford Pro Elite and Service Capacity Management Teams

  • Responsible for adding all service capacity in their assigned regions

  • Work with Market Rep team to support the candidate and facility approval processes

  • Focused on Pro Elite openings first, followed by Commercial Vehicle Bays and Retail Bays – identify the right solution for each Dealer

  • Have assigned goals for both LOUs and openings in all three bay additions

  • Identify and prospect Pro Elite Candidates and service capacity expansion candidates

  • Hold go-to-market meetings in each region to educate dealers on capacity options

  • Work with the Pro Elite Launch Lead to ensure centers open on time

  • Educate participating dealers on the operating standards expected by Elite center customers

  • Work with the Quick Lane Launch team to ensure Quick Lanes open on time

  • Work with The Express Service team to ensure new Pro Elite Centers are set-up to provide Express Service

Your ideas and actions make an impact on profits and growth. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to:

  • Listen to dealer needs, understand their concerns, and provide solutions.

  • Work independently in your daily activities and work as a team to share best practices while meeting business goals.

  • Network with colleagues and leaders throughout the organization

  • Candidates must be willing to travel throughout their region 80% of the work week

  • Travel may be up to 100 miles+ from assigned Region

  • You will be equipped with:

  • Your portfolio of dealers

  • Skills, necessary equipment, and data to attain your daily and monthly goals

  • A company car

  • Hotel stays required

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5+ years of Sales & Service dealer contact experience

  • Candidates must be willing to travel throughout their region 80% of the work week

  • Travel may be up to 100 miles+ from assigned Region

  • Excellent Parts & Service business acumen

  • Commercial experience preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Proved track record of achieving key deliverables in high-paced environments

  • Ability to confidently deliver a compelling business case to Dealer Principals

  • Ability to deliver timely & consistent results

  • Self-starter, capable of communicating across regions, and at all levels

  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving, with a focus on delivering results

  • Strong presentation and critical thinking skills

  • Basic financial statement acumen

  • Ability to use experience to advise and modify your dealer contact approach to support this unique business program
