Job Description

The opportunity

We are looking for experienced and result-driven lead for bancassurance marketing who will serve as the main point of contact for Manulife Philippines Distribution team in the areas of: Brand, Content, Propositions, and Digital Marketing, from ideation to execution, to drive and support attainment of business goals.

Responsibilities

Oversees Implementation of the Global Brand Strategy:

  • Ensures Distribution compliance to Brand and Social Media Marketing guidelines

  • Sponsorships and Third Party Management – Reviews and monitors tactical and strategic sponsorship proposal from distribution teams

  • Content and Media – Spearhead content and media development of distribution-related materials

  • Brand Governance and Guidelines

Oversees Distribution Content

Provide branding and distribution support to Distribution teams through development of consistent and on-brand messaging, materials and campaigns to enable sales and business growth.

  • Recruitment: Produce content that will drive qualified recruitment leads for Agency and Bancassurance distribution channels.

  • Propositions: Work with the Propositions team in producing artcards and other marketing materials related to promoting the different propositions

  • Brand and Content: Collaborate with Brand and Content to create and manage distribution content calendar.

Activate Manulife Philippines Distribution team

  • Develop and implement distribution activation elements for Corporate and Proposition campaigns

  • Build and manage strong partnerships with Zone Heads to effectively cascade Manulife Global Strategy to the distribution team

  • Support the development of Agency Value Proposition

  • Co-create training modules with the Distribution training team for branding and digital marketing

  • Lead 360 campaigns to generate recruitment leads to support our bold ambition

  • Monitor performance of distribution-related marketing campaigns (i.e. recruitment)

  • At least 5 years of work experience in the areas of Marketing, Branding / Advertising, Digital Marketing

  • Highly strategic, analytical, creative, and organized

  • Self-motivated and customer-focused

  • Team player

  • Critical-thinker, with good problem-solving skills

  • Good project management skills; able to deliver multiple requirements on time

  • Flexible, results oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
