Oracle Product Manager - Oracle NetSuite Graduate Program in MAKATI, Philippines

Job Description

Oracle NetSuite has an exciting product management opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to build our General Accounting offerings. Product Manager will be responsible for the Fixed Assets Management area of the product and will be the go-to-person for this area including defining business requirements, working with scrum teams to translate these to technical tasks, and be responsible for overall delivery of product features in specified timeliness.

An ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication, prioritization, cross-functional team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with General Ledger Accounting Product Managers to build the next general accounting solution.

  • Proactively define and drive the creation of new features that customers love.

  • Document use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements document that clearly articulate desired product functionality.

  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Doc, and UI to deliver great products and tools for the customers.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment.

  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, customer, and partner requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Support to successfully rollout our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.

What you'll bring

  • 2023 or 2024 Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. MBA is a plus.

  • Preferably knowledgeable in the following functional areas: Fixed Assets Management, Financial Accounting.

  • Preferably Knowledgeable of sprint development life cycle and scrum framework.

  • Ability to gather complex customer requirements and translate requirements into a detail plan for execution.

  • Outside-the-box thinking and have a tech-product mindset.
