Summary of Role:

As the Lead of BPO Operations and Governance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our BPO operations, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and implementing governance frameworks to optimize performance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in driving process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our outsourcing operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize BPO operations and enhance performance metrics.

  • Lead a team of BPO professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive operational excellence.

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and develop solutions to address them.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of BPO operations and governance initiatives.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.

  • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the BPO operations team.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BPO operations and governance to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Adept at troubleshooting problems and finding effective solutions.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO operations management, with a focus on governance and compliance.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance frameworks related to outsourcing operations.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.

  • Problem-solving skills: able to quickly identify and address issues that arise in day-to-day operations.

  • Certifications in BPO operations, project management, or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong client management skills are essential for success in this role.

  • A good understanding of the BPO industry, including current trends, best practices, and technologies.

  • Experience in implementing quality management processes and ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.

Expected Salary Range

$95,200.00 - $181,000.00
