We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Service Center operations.

Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking full time Administrative Assistant for our Manassas Service Center located in Manassas, Virginia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Service Center.

Our Administrative Assistants are responsible for:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and assisting walk-in guests
  • Sending and receiving mail and other shipments
  • Maintaining the filing system
  • Administering payroll time sheets
  • Opening repair orders
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Using an online billing system for invoices and receiving payments
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements

Successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Familiarity with online billing systems is a plus. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years related experience. Competitive pay and benefits package as well as paid holidays and accrued PTO.
