What do we expect from you…
Provide a warm welcome to guests and professionally converse with them to ensure that they are at ease.
Maintain up to date knowledge of products and services to promote and answer guest queries
Provide a range of beauty treatments for members, hotel guests and visitors and administer treatments in a professional, friendly manner regardless of gender.
Maximise opportunities for upselling, including retail products, to contribute to departmental profitability.
Upsell products and services of the Spa and wider Hotel
Proactively secure bookings into the booking system and confirm details with guests as necessary
Maintain, monitor and order stock, with accurate record keeping within the relevant system
Maintain cleanliness of the salon at all times.
Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration within the Spa and wider Hotel
Support and identify areas of team development
Use effective communication skills within the Spa and wider Hotel
Ensure all areas of the salon fully comply with all relevant Health & Safety regulations.
Complete closing duties as required including cash handling/banking in line with policy.
Undertake regular training and development as necessary
Report any maintenance or security issues to supervisors
This position is contracted to 40 working hours per week over 5 days, including weekends
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Relevant Beauty therapy qualifications. Minimum Level 3.
Related Work Experience: At least 1-year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1-year supervisory experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
License or Certification: National Massage Certification
