Qualifications:
Must obtain at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Finance of any related discipline.
With at least 3 years of banking experience.
With background in IT or software development would be an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the Transaction Banking profit and portfolio balances through the delivery of effective and timely customer implementation and onboarding.
Conduct service level reviews and analyze customer feedback and encapsulate into recommendations to the region and local product team.
Instigate/Drive customer usage of Transaction Banking products/services implemented to hasten revenue generation and volume throughout.
Provide electronic banking and client integration training and support to clients in the course of the implementation cycle of the deal.
Support and manage the implementation teams and support the TBD product team in testing for various solution rollouts.
