MUFG Associate, Implementation Manager (Cash Product) in Manila Branch, Philippines

Qualifications:

  • Must obtain at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Finance of any related discipline.

  • With at least 3 years of banking experience.

  • With background in IT or software development would be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Transaction Banking profit and portfolio balances through the delivery of effective and timely customer implementation and onboarding.

  • Conduct service level reviews and analyze customer feedback and encapsulate into recommendations to the region and local product team.

  • Instigate/Drive customer usage of Transaction Banking products/services implemented to hasten revenue generation and volume throughout.

  • Provide electronic banking and client integration training and support to clients in the course of the implementation cycle of the deal.

  • Support and manage the implementation teams and support the TBD product team in testing for various solution rollouts.
