Boehringer Ingelheim Health Systems Liaison in Manila, Philippines
Duties & Responsibilities
Generate in-depth understanding of the health systems/COE/strategic accounts in relation to establishing partnerships for key therapy areas and share these insights cross-functionally within Boehringer Ingelheim.
Understand the current structure of the health systems/COE/strategic accounts, identify gaps in the patient journey, and introduce solutions through partnerships and collaborations.
Drive joint value creation with COE/strategic accounts by understanding needs and objectives of the account and as such be recognized as the preferred partner
Map out stakeholders and decision makers in the COE/strategic accounts and develop strategic engagement plans to drive COE-specific objectives, achieve significant program milestones, and to strengthen partnerships
Offer solutions that solve specific customer needs by deeply understanding customer business needs, sharing knowledge, and creating value
Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Market Access, Healthcare Affairs, Marketing, Medical, etc) to ensure successful execution of activities resulting to building of health systems
Requirements
Required capabilities and skills include:

IT literacy
Preference for:
Bachelor’s degree on life sciences, public management, social sciences, hospital administration or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience working in a health systems, forming partnerships, and establishing external collaboration
