Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Team Lead to join the team at Navitor Specialty Products in North Mankato, MN! This person will be a hands-on leader, motivating their team in a fast-paced production environment. Your Responsibilities: Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day operations. Communicate team goals and adjust goals to align with overall company directives. Acts as a liaison between production and other areas. Research, provide solutions and communicate with supervisor and employees on escalated customer issues, employee questions, etc. Contribute to an atmosphere of team work and cooperation to maintain an effective working environment as well as ensure continuity of service to employees. Provide back-up coverage for Supervisor and/or other Department positions as needed. Your Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm You Must Have: Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. Must possess solid computer application skills. Attention to detail at a very high level. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Must be self-motivated to take the initiative to get the job done. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Positive attitude, enjoys challenges, team oriented, and well developed problem-solving skills. We Would Also Prefer: 1+ years of leadership experience in the print productionenvironment. Experience with postal regulations as related to print & mail. High school education or equivalent.
