Answer telephones and collect appropriate co pays. Call processing through Allscripts, scan encounter forms, closeout process. Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work effectively as a team member within the organization and with customers. • High School diploma or equivalent required. • Additional education preferred. • 1 to 2 years medical reception experience in a busy primary/urgent care office setting preferred. • Scheduling, IDX and insurance knowledge preferred. • Computer skills required.
