Mantaline Corporation Production Supervisor in Mantua, Ohio
[Mantaline Corporation seeking Production Supervisor for oversight of shift production plan and operators in Mantua, Ohio. Will oversee production lines, resolve problems and implement corrections to ensure production efficiency. Will supervise rubber extrusion and salt lines, secondary operations such as rubber splicing, notching and cutting processes. Will oversee 20 direct reports. Requires Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field (foreign degree or equiv. acceptable) and 5 years 5 years of production, process engineering and management experience, including rubber extrusion experience, root cause analysis, coatings and rubber applications.
