Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar technical degree

• Minimum 2 years’ experience developing & delivering data analytics & reporting projects using Power Bi, Tableau, or equivalent

• Analytical with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; process-driven

• Organized with effective project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual setting

• Able to effectively translate technical information across multiple functions and levels

• Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with a curiosity towards new technologies and a strong desire to learn so that the team may benefit

Detailed Description

Responsibilities

• The Data Analyst is responsible for accelerating the development of analytics using Excel, Birst & other platforms in support of functional teams at Maple Grove facility

• This role will bring together data from different sources and functions to provide metrics and insights that enable visibility and improvements to Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operations

• The role requires collaboration with local, regional, and global business partners build, optimize, and monitor the foundational data assets in a dynamically changing environment to support business initiatives through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics

• Work collaboratively with business partners at varying levels to identify, design and deliver reporting & analytics solutions

• Determines customer requirements and translate requirements into reports for analysis

• Provides analysis and tracking of data through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights and ensure understanding within the business

• Uses data to highlight key trends and collaborate with businesses to identify causes, costs and potential interventions/solutions

• Deliver excellent customer support through core team involvement in projects requiring system data and technical understanding

• Lead the technical support for key dashboards & reports including data infrastructure

• Participates in periodic audits and analyses to ensure accuracy, optimization of systems and reporting as well as new analytic opportunities

• Lead multiple project activities simultaneously where prioritization skills are critical

• Engaged in the team’s Lean Business Process objectives to provide continuous improvement

• General understanding of supply chain planning and execution
