Here, you will make an impact by:Apply sophisticated methodologies and utilize advanced tools to assess and interpret an array of global logistics performance metrics accurately, providing comprehensive insights into operational efficiency and effectivenessLead the design and development of dynamic dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI that showcase key logistics KPIs in a visually compelling manner, empowering stakeholders with actionable intelligence for strategic decision-makingEngage in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand requirements, and ensure that dashboarding initiatives align seamlessly with overarching business objectivesDrive continuous improvement by proactively refining dashboarding tools and processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance usability and optimize performance monitoringProduce comprehensive reports and presentations that distill complex analysis into clear, concise narratives, offering strategic recommendations and actionable insights to drive tangible improvements in global logistics performanceYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field or higher AND (5) years of job-related experience in logistics or supply chain analytics, reporting, dashboarding experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboarding platforms, with a solid understanding of business processes to present data for actionable insightsStrong analytical skills, enabling the translation of complex data into meaningful and actionable insights that drive informed decision-makingExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective presentation of findings to stakeholders, bridging the gap between data analysis and business strategy emonstrated expertise in handling large datasets and employing advanced data manipulation and modeling techniques to extract valuable insightsFamiliarity with logistics performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), coupled with the ability to develop and track them effectively within reporting and dashboarding systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesWork location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 5% domestic and international travelRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
