Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Medical Education Coordinator LATAM you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Day-to-day logistics coordination of the LATAM Med Ed team, regional and local Med Ed programs, projects and initiatives.Provide event set up in Smartsheet, SharePoint and other record keeping platformsOrder and maintain inventory of product equipment and supplies and coordinate shipment logistics for program needs.Support process supplier set-up, 3rd party vendor payments and manage assigned expenses maintaining a zero balance on corporate card and support cost record keeping documentation as needed.Demonstrate working knowledge of company products, regulatory guidelines, and mastery of internal processes ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.Work in concert with internal departments for assigned tasks, reports and process improvements.Interact with health care professionals & facilities, third party vendors and industry organizations and associations.Support payment process to suppliers and HCPs/KOLs (under HCPs agreements), involved in event planning and execution ensuring guidelines on the 3M health care compliance standard.Support pre and post-event reports including but not limited to attendance, evaluation, speakers reports and other department reports as assigned.Help identify creative solutions for efficient operation of the team and the department.Other tasks and duties as needed to ensure continued excellence at Local, Regional and National Medical Education programs and department operations.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Associate's degree or higher in business or healthcare from an accredited institution AND two (2) years of experience in a customer-service or project management roleORHigh school diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND four (4) years of experience AND in a customer-service or project management roleANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Intermediate user proficiency or higher in Microsoft Office applications, particularly with Word, E cel and OutlookAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor's degreeKnowledge of Pharma Guidelines or Advamed Code of EthicsExperience with Healthcare Compliance PracticesExperience in a Healthcare industry support role or a Medical Communications Agency support roleAdvanced experience in Microsoft Office applications, Smartsheet, experience with Oracle and SASWork experience in a fast-paced environmentWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
