Here, you will make an impact by:Administering projects in the End User Computing organization or Collaboration and Productivity Solutions organizationManaging schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Supporting project team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and removing roadblocks to ensure project success.Leading cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Implementing project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to ensure project success.Monitoring project progress, risks, and issues, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Business AND 5 years of technical project management experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 10 years of technical project management experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.2 years of experience in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).2 years of experience managing IT technical projects, preferably within end user services or related areas.Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Work location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 5% domesticRelocation Assistance: not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
