Here, you will make an impact by:Leading activities to identify and plan for IT program dependencies and risksCoordinating and aligning cross-functional activities with overall program timelinesProviding actionable reporting on IT milestones and interdependenciesOrchestrating activities across Functional and Cross-Functional teams to manage dependencies, risks and issuesWillingness to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environmentYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND a minimum of (5) years of Project Management, or related experience in Information Technology ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of 10 Years of Project Management, or related experience in information Technology.ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Three (3) years working in large scale IT projects with globally distributed teams in a private, public, government, or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Professional Program Management, Project Management, or Agile/Scrum certificationsExperience of IT systems and applications in a Manufacturing and Distribution environmentExperience in cloud technologies, deployments and migrations (AWS, Azzure and/or OCI)Experience with a corporate separation, divestiture, or related M&A activityExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environmentAn ability to motivate others to embrace changeExperience in the Healthcare industryFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
