Our Field Technical Support Engineer provides support to our internal/external customers, sales team, contractors, and end users. The Field Technical Support Engineer provides efficient, effective, and cordial technical support. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. How you will do it: Prepare advanced Bill of Materials for contractors, both domestic and international Create and maintain advanced application-specific design and installation drawings and instructions. Complete system flow calculations Using CAD software, such as AutoCAD and REVIT, to prepare technical drawings. Maintaining a library of standard drawing templates in Multiple CAD software Consult with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel. Provide answers to technical questions from distribution, field sales, and other customers. Gains customer acceptance by explaining system operational improvements.
