Our Field Technical Support Engineer provides support to our internal/external customers, sales team, contractors, and end users. How you will do it: Prepare advanced Bill of Materials for contractors, both domestic and international Create and maintain advanced application-specific design and installation drawings and instructions. Complete system flow calculations Using CAD software, such as AutoCAD and REVIT, to prepare technical drawings. Maintaining a library of standard drawing templates in Multiple CAD software Consult with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
