What will you do

This leader will innovate Kenvue’s end-to-end Customer Go-To-Market and Channel strategies to accelerate growth within the changing retail marketplace. In addition, this position will be our Consumer Canada RGM champion responsible for leading and developing new capabilities to advance our Pricing strategies, Promotion return on investment analytics, and further embed Portfolio Optimization based decision making across our organization. This role will represent Consumer Canada within several Global and North America RGM project teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leads Revenue Growth Management and Strategic Portfolio Management; building new capabilities & processes to optimize pack-price architecture, channel strategies, trade architecture, and pricing & promotion across the enterprise. This includes facilitating the Price Action Process and investments to improve data driven decision making.

  • Leads a team of RGM Managers, while identifying and developing top-potential individuals who can fill the succession planning needs of the company in the future.

  • Shapes enterprise Customer Strategy capabilities; building best-in-industry processes and tools that Customer Strategy uses to engage the Customer Development Team and Our Customers (incl. Executive connections, Joint Business Plans, Channel Strategies, Trade Fundamentals).

  • Acts as Canadian representative for North American Trade Promotions Transformation; evolving Customer Business Processes and TPM/TPO technology implementation in the Canadian market in line with North American strategy.

  • Foster an environment of collaboration and mentorship among commercial analysts to drive analytical upskilling and data-driven decision making across the organization.

  • Crafts customer Go-To-Market strategies including Customer Policy development, development and integration of Customer Segmentation and channel strategies, and leading cost to serve investment choices to sustainably lead impact of “Customer Asks” across the 3-year planning horizon

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • A Bachelors Degree is required; MBA preferred

  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive customer and/or commercial experience

  • Ability to lead end-to-end cross-functional, diverse teams in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Experience & knowledge of consumer products industry, category, brand strategies, competitors, & classes of trade

  • Extensive knowledge of retail customer channels, structure, strategy, and negotiations

  • Strong interpersonal and change management skills, with the ability to translate the company strategy to cross-functional teams and enroll their support

  • Ability to effectively resolve competing priorities for the team and the customer

  • Outstanding P&L & financial acumen, and business planning experience

  • Ability to access information technology applications to improve current business environment

  • Proven track record to provide customized interpretations of industry and competitive data to achieve outstanding business results
