ManpowerGroup Food Production Associate in Marquette, Michigan
Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Food Production Associate to join their team. As a Food Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic kitchen environment supporting the preparation of high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a passion for food, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Food Production Associate
Location: Marquette, MI
Pay Range: $15.25 per Hour
Shift: Availability to work 4 (10 hour shifts) from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with rotating weekends.
What's the Job?
Prepare cold food and present fresh salads and vegetables in a timely fashion.
Focus on freshness and stage preparation to ensure quality.
Ice counters and garnish bowls to ensure food safety and correct presentation.
Prepare all entrees, vegetables, breads, and desserts that need to be prepped prior to going to the cook's line, following recipes and quantities accurately.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
What's Needed?
Availability to work 4 (10 hour shifts) from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with rotating weekends.
Willingness to undergo a background check, drug screen, TB test, and vaccinations.
No prior experience is required; a passion for food and willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
