This position involves spending the majority of the day assisting members on the telephone. Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting and assisting members in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner; explaining products and services to members; responding to member concerns; and directing phone calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Qualifications include 2+ years' experience at a financial institution (banks and credit unions only) and strong customer service skills/experience.
