Join our team as a Stocker/Clerk. In this position, you will primarily be stationed at the register or on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, facilitating efficient checkouts, and maintaining the appearance and organization of the sales floor. Additionally, you will be responsible for stocking walk-in/front loading coolers, ensuring proper rotation and dating of pastries and sandwiches, and handling various side tasks away from the main sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence:

• Assist customers at the register and on the sales floor, providing a friendly and helpful experience.
• Ensure timely and efficient checkouts for all customers.

2. Sales Floor Maintenance:

• Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and visually appealing.
• Monitor and restock walk-in/front loading coolers to meet customer demand.

3. Product Management:

• Date, stock, and rotate pastries and sandwiches to maintain freshness.
• Ensure product displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.

4. Side Work and Responsibilities:

• Perform various side tasks and responsibilities away from the main sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to address any additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
