Adecco US, Inc. IT Help Desk Technician in Marston, Missouri
The Information Technology Technician is responsible for the assurance of IT hardware, software, connectivity, including new IT implementations are working well and in accordance with the company's IT governance and policies.
Responsibilities:
Change Management
Configuration Management
IT Inventory
Workplace (software platform for end user based on OS Windows)
Connectivity (Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi Controllers, AP, Links, etc.)
Servers (physical and virtual, databases, storages, backups, etc.)
Security (antivirus, incidents reports, etc.)
Qualifications:
Education level: Technical degree in IT related field
Knowledge required: generalist in IT support, IT sustaining, IT infrastructure, IT connectivity, IT systems and industrial automation.
At least 3 years in this area of work
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
