What You'll Do Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills Plan, direct and coordinate activities of Supplier Performance Team and assist team as needed. Oversee staff training & development. Excellent customer service including follow through, Time management, Planning/organization and prioritizing Capable of managing multiple project designs, scopes, budgets, and installations Prepare accurate cost estimates, resulting in projects that operate on the budget established in the estimate Drive continuous improvement; employee productivity, uptime improvements, lead time reductions Keep maintenance abreast of shop equipment deficiencies and breakage Troubleshoot production problems to minimize downtime Develop and deliver performance reviews and corrective action documentation Facilitate the compensation planning, performance assessment and employee development planning processes Procure supplies and spare parts to ensure effective and timely maintenance of equipment Leads meetings with team members discussing variety of topics Reviews safety requirements and points out potential hazards that may exist Reviews planned job packages for completeness and correctness Assures accurate distribution of time and materials to specific jobs together with good feedback including proper work order entries Assures that any necessary corrective work orders stemming from inspections and other sources have been initiated Displays a positive, can-do...
