The Talent Management Analyst supports the planning, implementation, and optimization of talent management strategies, programs and solutions that align with business goals and foster a "people first" culture. This role will collaborate closely with the Director, Organizational Development, HR leaders and business partners to understand talent and learning needs, analyze talent data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive effective talent decisions and initiatives. The overall work for the Talent Management Analyst contributes to enhancing organizational performance, employee engagement, and workforce planning efforts. In this role you will: * Support, plan, implement, and evaluate programs, tools and solutions aimed at enhancing associate skills, capabilities, and career development in partnership with external vendors/experts. * Analyze organizational data, including associate feedback, performance metrics and HR analytics, to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness and recommend talent solutions. * Leverage technology to streamline talent management processes through system enhancements, automation and efficiency initiatives. * Provide consulting, guidance and resources to HR and associates on career planning, development planning, learning solutions and talent processes. * Deliver high quality analysis, reports and presentations, using effective visualizations and storytelling, to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization. * Research and benchmark best practices, emerging trends and innovations in talent management through continuous learning and external partners. What you'll need to be successful: * Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. * Strong desire to continuously seek knowledge, explore new possibilities, and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels. * Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS or organizational development software/tools (Workday preferred). The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $65,900.00 - $77,500.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
