*Job Summary / Role *
FDF is a tight crew that pulls together to exceed customer expectations.
For a Lead Installer, we are looking for someone with hearth and/or construction experience.
Here is a sneak peak at a day in the life of a FDF Installer:
- Review file(s) with the Project Coordinator or Project Manager
- Work with Assistant Installer and Warehouse to ensure parts & materials are complete.
- Communicate with the Office staff, Warehouse and Customers in writing, on the phone and in person.
- Get your hands dirty with framing, gas piping, demolition, fireplace installation, drywall, finishwork, etc.
- Problem solving - with any home update, there are always surprises. Collaborate with the Project Coordinator on solutions as they arise.
- Walk away each day with a sense of accomplishment.
- Bring donuts to staff meetings. (Just kidding! Sort of...you can if you want. We don't carb shame here.)
Minimum Qualifications
Valid WA Driver's License with clean driving record
Experienced with hearth, gas piping, and construction.
Professional communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Able and willing to learn and coach.
Be able to lift and carry heavy objects more than 80lbs
Pay: Starting at $25-$35 Depending on Experience
