Bronson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center* *Mattawan, MI; Certified Nursing Assistant; Duties: Provide patient care in the long-term care setting, including assisting with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, transfers, repositioning, toileting, eating, and basic customer service functions. Communicate with the nurse regarding resident status, interventions completed, data collected, and pertinent input to facilitate care planning. Review Door Care plan at the beginning of shift and as needed for every assigned resident. Turn and reposition residents, alone and with assistance, to aid in pressure relief. Take and record information, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, and calorie counts. Utilize documentation systems to enter patient data. Maintain a clean and orderly environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times. Requires High School/GED and certificate of Nurse Aide Registration or proof of completion of approved Nurse Aide Training program. Apply to: K.
