Job Purpose The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for serving as the central purchase order admin function for the purchasing shared services NA. Job Duties and Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Central Purchase Order admin function for Purchasing shared services North America Process purchase requisitions into Purchase orders and Scheduling Agreements Maintain Purchase orders and scheduling agreement pricing. Problem solve purchase order and scheduling agreement issues. Propose and implement process improvements. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3-5 years experience in purchasing administration and data processing. Strong SAP and Oracle ERP knowledge Experience in reviewing and investigating discrepancies in data. Proven problem-solving skills, including ability to identify and resolve issues with data. Good business acumen with ability to act and think tactically and strategically. Stakeholder management skills; excellent relationships with business and supplier stakeholders. Capable of handling multiple priorities and tasks Proficiency in written and oral communications; PC software; and presentation skills Excellent participation and listening skills with a strong dedication and commitment to quality, customer service and satisfaction. Solid interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside Dana in a professional manner.
