Location: Stone Mountain, GA 30083
Pay Rate: $90,000 to $100,000
Shift: 8-12 hour shift, weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed

Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Lead and facilitate LEAN process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
To actively monitor project risks to foresee and identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
To work with other team members and other departments to devise new support material based on process revisions
Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance controls.
Partner with STM leadership to ensure team collaboration including training methods that lead to plant productivity.

This Job Requires:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 10 years of management experience
Proven experience with Six Sigma
Knowledge of statistics, data collection, and analysis
Position requires a high level of organizational and technical skills
Six Sigma certification is required, Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
