As a Technical Product Manager, lead our infrastructure teams through strategic product planning and robust execution. Your leadership will directly impact the developer experience, aligning product capabilities with operational excellence.
What You Will Do:
Strategize with engineering teams to aligned product capabilities with business goals
Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure products from, intake to deployment
Prioritize product features and allocate resources, focusing on the enhancement of developer tools and platforms
Drive initiatives to modernize applications, streamline processes, and facilitate the adoption of secure solutions across platforms
Collaborate heavily with development teams to build and track product roadmaps
Identify dependencies and risks, plan resources effectively, and guide efforts through standard processes (e.g., change management, infrastructure collaboration, security)
Engage with senior and executive leadership to refine technical and business strategies and report on product and project progress.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6-8 years of industry work experience in an IT, product management, or software-related roles OR 10 years of industry work experience in an IT, product management, or software-related roles
Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to manage product life cycles, formulate strategies, and execute product roadmaps
Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to drive product decisions and alignment with corporate strategies
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial planning
Proactive problem-solver who can identify and overcome impediments
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Familiarity with industry-standard tools like Jira, GitHub, and ServiceNow, used to track and manage product development.
Certifications in cloud technologies like Azure and/or AWS
Certifications in Agile-related disciplines (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner/Product Manager, etc.)
The annual salary range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
