Job Description: Pine Bluff Resort is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for repairing equipment and cabin appliances, maintaining pools and a hot tub with proper pH and chemical levels, overseeing the registration and departure of boat rentals, ensuring guest satisfaction, and the overall upkeep of the resort's premises. Duties also include conducting routine inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Requirements: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of equipment repair, pool maintenance, and boat operations is beneficial. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. No educational requirement is necessary.
